Sagan-dailya

The famous Sagan-dailya (also known as “Rhododendron adamsii” or “White Wing”) has many useful properties. Pour a glass of hot water over 3 tablespoons of fine-cut bergenia, put the mixture on a slow fire (low heat). After half of the liquid evaporates, remove the decoction from the fire and cool it down. Take 30 drops of infusion 2-3 times a day.

Rhodiola Rosea

Rhodiola rosea helps to cope with increased fatigability, stress, manifestations of vegetative-vascular dystonia. Cooking method:

You will need 1 teaspoon of fine-cut root of rhodiola rosea for 200 milliliters of water. Infuse the decoction for at least 30 minutes, drink 1/3 of cup of infusion before meal 2-3 times a day.

Blooming Sally

The glory of the healing properties of this plant is widespread throughout Russia and even beyond its borders. Blooming Sally is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and trace elements. The content of vitamin C in the plant is 3 times higher than in oranges. Therefore, Blooming Sally helps to quickly cope with colds, to enhance immunity and tone the body. Tormentil

This plant is more commonly known as “Kurily tea”. Tormentil has hemostatic, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, soothing and immune-enhancing effects on the body. And this is not a full list of useful properties of tormentil. “Kurily tea” is used to heal poisonings, infections of the gastrointestinal tract, gynecological diseases, diabetes. Regular use of this tea helps to restore the work of the nervous system and forget about depression for a long time.

Cooking method:

Pour 1 glass of hot water over half a tablespoon of tormentil, cover it up and infuse for 15 minutes. Then cool the infusion down, filter it and dissolve with half a glass of clean water. It is recommended to consume the drink in small portions, no less than 2 times a day during meals.

Other equally useful herbs also grow on the territory of the Baikal region: Thyme, Saint John’s wort, Milfoil, Mint, Melissa, Chamomile, Briar, etc.

Brew them in their natural form or prepare combined teas, combining herbs depending on their properties.
